Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have reviewed the above referenced proposal to separate lL4 acres
into tracts of 2 and lL2 acres. Well permit no. 126150 has already been
issued for the Z-acre tract.
Since a well is available to the 2-acre tract, we have no objection
to this proposal. The well is for household use only. Outside use of this
water for lawn and garden irrigation is prohibited. We ask for a plat note
or covenant to this effect.
