PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, CoIorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
si gned L.P GAS AND APPLIANM TN
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 3-100 acre tract of
Iand into two tracts of approximate'ly 3-0 ac-'and 3 -097 ec- acres each,
rpre or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as
fol lows: ,

from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are used
and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) - (d) and the Garfield County
Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below:
To increase PAR(EL 3 (see Stale lr{ap (a.) attached) from 5.0 acres to 8.0 acres.
Parcel 3 was ted strbdivision Resolution #77 -82

No additional parcel will be created.Oua:ership of the newly created 8.0 acre
total parcel shall remain with present ovmer of Parcel 3.
