pursuant ro c.R.s. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as
amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County,
Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979, Section 2.02.01 (d) and 3.02.01
the undersigned Jerry L. Satterfietd and Mary O. Satterfield by
and through their attorneys, Stuver & George, P.C., respectfully
petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield Countyr
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the addition of a 5 acre tract
of land to an existing 15 acre tract of land from the definitions
of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as the terms are used and
defined in C.R.s. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) and the
Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated
below:
