Eastley <keastley@garfield-county.com>; David Bartholomew <dbartholomew@garfield-county.com> Subject: Eagle Springs Kathy and Dave, I got updated info for the septic for this project and put the info in the building permit file. I believe both the septic and building permit is ready to issue once the land use permit is in place. Thanks, Andy 1 David Bartholomew From: Sent: To: Subject: Andy Schwaller Thursday, May 16, 2013 9:50 AM Community Development Eagle Springs USDA Processing Plant I spoke with Eagle Springs about the above and left them a friendly reminder to get the required development permits in place prior to opening up the facility. He did confirm the facility will be on Mamm Creek and they hope to be operating midsummer. I mentioned the permitting process could be an issue if they want to be open midsummer. The person I spoke with said he would pass the information on to the appropriate people. Hopefully they will be calling in to determine what they need to do. I believe the BOCC is mulling over what the requirements will be. Possibly a staff discussion on Tuesday might be a good thing for a best guess on the near term requirements. As you are hopefully aware ... this sheet doesn't show typically how we would handle a project. Normally we design prior to something being built -so this is new grounds for me. Does the minimal information I show work for what you are looking for??? We will of course also have a structural sheet (eventually) that has a little more roof and foundation information. We will require that the existing roof and foundation be removed and replaced. The new roof and foundation will be designed to meet code requirements. Your comments will be very helpful... thanks for taking the time to review this. Rich Johnson Carter Architects Richard Carter 136 East 3rt1 Street; Ste B Rifle, CO 81650 (970) 625-0580
