Re: Lot 13, Cottonwood Hollow Subdivision,
County Road 113, Garfield CountY
Relocation of building enveloPe
Ladies and Gentlemen:
This is a request to move the building envelope and enlarge the envelope t9 8000
sq.ft. on Loit f g, Cottonwood Hollow Subdivision from its present site to the site
depicted on the attached plat map. The reason for this is that the views are
*rgrrin."r,t from the ,r"*^propo..d tit" and according to our geologitt,-q9 hazatds
froir rock fall are less. Also the visual impact on the neighborhood would be
lessened.
I am attaching a letter from the Cottonwood Hollow Homeowners Association
indicating th"L approval of the relocation; also, a preliminary site investigation by
Nick Lampiris, Geologist, done at the request of Mark Bean'
I respectfully request the approval of the County Commissioners to relocate this
building envelope.
Very truly yours,
a
