Regarding adjustnent of building envelopi, Lot #1
The Cottonwood Hollow Homeowner's Association and the Architectural
Control Comnittee have no objection to the proposed adjustment to the
building envelope. We understand the proposed new enyelope is in the
same location as the original envelope but will allow for topographical
irregularities.

Dear Commissioners,
I am sincerely requesting the adjustment of the building
envelope on Lot #1 after extensive topographical and engineeringsurveys which have been completed. Initial architectural
drawings indicate that we can lessen the visual inpact of the
home as to profile, height, and mass by elongating the envelopebut without moving it from the original location. Deep
excavation will be required to help reduce the profile however
immovable rock may necessitate shifting the house locationsl iShtly within the envelope.
