The shop welding inspected above appeared to be in substantial conformance
with the plans, and the quality requirements of the A WS D 1.1 Structural Welding
Code.
Further inspections will need to be performed on the field welding & bolting for
the project.

Report: Visually inspected field welding at colunm cap/connection plates that
were cut loose & re-welded in the field at the correct slope roof level framing.
· Inspected high strength A325 bolting at steel beam & column connections upper
floor & roof level framing, and verified anchor bolt installation at column bases
perimeter of structure.
The onsite welding & bolting inspected above appeared to be in substantial
conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of the A WS D 1.1
Structural Welding Code & the AISC/RCSC Specification for A325/A490 bolting.
To the best of my knowledge this completes the special inspections of the
structural steel welding & bolting, as outlined in reports #I & #2 on the project.
