Please see attached Engineers Estimate for percentages completed. High Country Engineering, Inc. (HCE) has been on site as needed to observe the construction ofthe project and certiS that: l. All costs for which the release is being requested have been incurred in connection with the construction and material purchases for the improvements; 2. All wod1 performed and materials supplied are in accordance with the plans and specifications; 3. Allwork has been performed in a workmanlike manner; 4. No funds are being requested for work not completed, or for rnaterials not installed or stored on site: total reiease requested is for $149,712.50 for materials and labor.
