Scope of Work Obtain building permit Road and Bridge Concerns: This property lies outside the system of maintained county roads, axed is therefore exempt from County driveway permit requirements. 1 Plans to be included for a Building Permit, must be on drafting paper at least 18"x24" and drawn to scale. Plans must include a floor plan, a concrete footing and foundation plan, elevations all sides with decks, balcony, steps, hand rails and guard rails, windows and doors, including the finish grade line.
