Dear Mark: The owners of the above referenced lots wish to adjust the lot boundary between Lots 1 and 2 as reflected on the enclosed Proposed Lot Reconfiguration Map prepared by SurvCo, Inc. of Glenwood Springs. The purpose of this request is to re-establish the lot line to conform with the driveway and landscaping on Lot 2. There has been a great deal of thought (and measuring & surveying) put into this, and there is adequate room left on Lot 1 to construct a home which conforms to the County setbacks and install a septic system (engineered, if necessary).
