Dear Commissioners:
We would like to remove the lot line between the above named
lots into one lot calling it Lot 3A, Block 7, Unit One of the Elk
Creek Development.
The existing structure currently sits directly on the center
lot line. We understand that in the future this replatting can
not be reversed.
Attached is an improvement location certificate when we
purchased the property in June of 1991 and the Merge Affidavit
filed with the Garfield County Assessor on September 7, 1993.
