HomeMy WebLinkAbout1.0 ApplicationGARFIELD COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM TO: The Record FROM: Garfield County Planning Department (/j RE: Lots #1 and #2 Block 8, Elk Creek Subdivision DATE: May 28, 1987 The Garfield County Planning Department has received inquiries from Mr. Bill Enquist, owner of lots #1 and #2 Block 8, Elk Creek Subdivision, regarding his ability to place improvements on these lots. The following determinations have been made: 1. A road access easement across both lots has been dedicated and recorded on the Dietz, SB 35 Exemption Plat. 2. An amendment to the Plat of Elk Creek Subdivision would be required to merge the two lots or adjust their boundaries. 3.
