Hi Brian,
Thanks for getting in touch with me. The extension to complete the plat is January 15, 2016. Since there is still a month
left in the timeline, if you have any thoughts that you may still want to move forward with it I would encourage you to
leave it open until the deadline. All I need to formally withdraw an application is an email or letter to attach with the file
before I send it to archive.
Let me know what you think. There is no harm leaving it open until the deadline, however, once it is withdrawn the
application cannot be reinstated.
Best,
Dave

David,
Hello David, I wanted to ask you if there is any formal request that has to be filled out to withdraw my
application from the process.
I am still awaiting Mark's (the owner of 7W) final decision, but will likely withdraw I'm hoping soon. I wasn't
sure of when you all review it again, but didn't want you to unneccessarily have to spend anytime on it.
Thank you,
Brian Widhalm

Subject: RE: 7W Guest Ranch Subdivision Expiration
Attachments: Soil Survey.pdf
Hi Dave:
This e-mail serves as a request for an extension to fulfill the conditions of approval for the 7W Guest Ranch Minor
Subdivision. As you are well aware, the biggest issue has been to fulfill the requirement for an augmentation plan for the
well — condition Number 3. Unfortunately, the Applicant is extremely disappointed that this issue wasn't raised by the
Division of Water Resources when he received the well permit in 2012. The matter could have been handled at that
point. Our office and the water attorney for the owners of the property have gone through several options that might work
for the Applicant and the Applicant did file for an augmentation plan on June 30 for the well on Lot 2. He anticipates that it
will be finalized within 5 months if no oppositions are filed. For efficiency and costs sake, we waited to finalize a few of the
other conditions pending a decision on the water. I believe Brian has discussed some of these conditions with you
directly. I don't anticipate any issues with fulfilling the remaining conditions and can move on those as soon as the
augmentation plan is in place. The outstanding conditions are as follows:
1. Plat - We can create the mylar at any time and prepare for signatures and recording.
3. Augmentation Plan — as stated above, the augmentation plat was submitted on June 30.
6. Driveway Sharing Agreement — to be completed prior to end of extension.
7&8 Applicant says has pictures to provide of the constructed pull outs
9. Applicant understands from conversation with County that the attached will be sufficient to fulfill the condition of
providing soils information.
10. Noxious weed inventory — The work has been completed and Applicant is waiting on final summary.
Applicant requests an extension of six months up to and including January 14, 2016.
Thank you,
Julie
