Overall -Staff: A legal and adequate source of water for this proposed subdivision will have to be demonstrated. Agplicants Response: APPLICANT IS SUPPLYING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH THIS PRELIMINARY SUBMITTAL: 1. J&M WELL TEST-WELL HAS A SUSTAINED YIELD OF 12 GPM 2.
