by and between Del1a Martin, parEy of the first part, and Llar1 Martin and
Patricia Martin, parties of the second part.
IT IS AGREED that for the sum of $I0.00 and other valuable considerations,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part
does hereby grant to parties of the second part an access easement for a
private road across the NI,Ik NElz Section 20. T7s, R95W, 6th PI"l in Garfield
County Colorado. Said access easement sha1l be a total of 30.0 feet wide,
being 15.0 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the north line NWla lqS}.u,Section 20, T7s, R95W whence
the NE corner of NWt NEk Sec. 20 bears East a distance of 31.6 feet:
