Re: Mead Exemption
Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have received informatlon concerning the proposed Mead Exemption.
This proposal would separate a 5 acre tract from a 150 acre parcel. A new
well would be requi.red for the 5 acre tract.
This area is tributary to the Colorado River which is considered to be
over-appropriated. This office can, however, issue one well permlt for this
proposal in accordance with Colorado Revised Statute 37-92-602(3)(b)(II).
