GARFTELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PETITTON FOR EXEI4PTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(I0) (a)-(d) as
amended, and the subdivision Regulations of Garfierd county,
Colorado, adopted September 1, L972 and amended April 14, L975,
Sections I.02.17(d) and 3.02.01, the undersigned ROBERT L. MEfSNER
and Lors r. !{ErsNER respectfully petitions the Board of county
commissioners of Garfield County, cororado, to exempt by resoru-
tion a 30 acre tract of land into 2 parcels as follows: I of
9.783 acres and I of 20.905 aeres (attached Exhibit ,A") more
fully hereinafter described, from the definitions of "subdivision"
and "subdivision land" as the terms are used and defined in
C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(a)-(d) and the Garfield County
subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated below: resare
of the 20.905 acre pareel for a single family residence.
