PETTTION FOR EXEMPTTON
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) (d) as
amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colo-
rado, adopted September 1, L972 and amended April L4, L975, Sec-
tions I.02.17(d) and 3.02.0I, the undersigned ROBERT L. MEISNER,
LOfS I. MEISNER, HAROLD M. COULTER and PHYLLfS V. COULTER respect-
fully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution 3 TRACTS OF LAND
ATTACHED EXHfBIT rrAr! more fully hereinafter'described, from the
definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms
are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) (d)
and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons
stated below: to correct property lines as per new survey (sec-
tions broken out) to correct road easement overlap - to transfer
fenced property to avoid adverse possession -suit.

september 21st, 1964 and correction Deed dated July 3lst, Lg74
as Per new survey using modern methods plus "breaking outn Sections
27 and 24 as required by the county surveyor. rt has been r@com-
mended by the Engineering Firm of Erdorado Engineering company,
Glenwood springs, that certain overraps, rand not described
by first Deed and that adverse possession of a portion of the
property, that correction deeds and transfers take prace to
correct the boundary situation. Therefore, the following des-
criptions are submitted to the Garfield County Commissioners
for their examination and approval so deeds may be recorded with
Garfield County Clerk and Recorder.
