WHEREAS, ROBERT L. IIIEISNER, TT-)IS I. MEISNER, HAROLD M. COULTER, PHYLLIS
V. COULTER have petitioned the Board of Countg Coratissionets of Garfiel-d Countg
for an exemption under c.R.s. (1973) Section 30-25-7Ol(70) (a) - (d) as
arended, and the . subd.ivison reguTations of GarfieTd Coutttg, CoTotado, adopted
Septemner 7,7972 and amended ApriT 14,7975 Sections 1.02.17 (d) and 3,02.07
for the division of a tract of lancl to correct imptopnt boundatg surve?s,
avoid adverse possession suit and correct rigltt-of-wa.g boundarq ovetTap bg
quit claim deed.

WHEREAS, the Petitioners have shown to the satisfaction of the Boatd otf
Countg Corwnissioners of GarfieTit Countg, Colorado, that theg desite said
exemption for the purpose of correcting propertg boundaries onTg and wi-l-L not

Property received from George and He1en M. Steele by Deed
September 2lst, L964 and Correction Deed dated JuIy 31st, L974
as per new survey using modern methods plus "breaking out" Sections
27.and 24 as required by the County Surveyor. It has been reeom-
mended by the Engineering Firm of Erdorado Engineering company,
Glenwood Springs, that certain overlaps, land not described
by first Deed and that adverse possession of a portion of the
property, that correction deeds and transfers take place to
correct the boundary situation. Therefore, the following des-
criptions are submitted to the Garfield County Commissioners
for their examination and approval so deeds may be recorded with
Garfield County Clerk and Recorder.
