From: Julie Hanson [mailto:jhanson@beattiechadwick.com] Sent: Friday, February 01, 2008 11:26 AM To: Craig Richardson Cc: Carolyn Dahlgren Subject: RE: TLLCO Hi Craig: The application is wrong. On January 1, 1973 the property was 587 acres. Richard Gray purchased the 577 acres under an option. I believe what happened, and I will have Lew Ron confirm, is that the deed was executed in 1970 with a valid notary. However, it was not recorded because the option wasn't exercised until later (there was then a "closing", money changed hands and the deed was then recorded). Thanks, Julie Julie S. The application says the property was 9.04 acres on January 1, 1973. The deed accepting the 9.06 acres and deeding out a remainder to Lewis Thompson is dated July 12, 1970 but not recorded until July 12, 1977. The Notary's commission expires June 17, 1973. Can you explain these ambiguities? You can call us anytime today.
