I called him back later and left a message that if it was used as employee housing he would need to talk to Steve. As per Hogan, Mr. Hogan called to get our side of the issues related to his septic. I pulled the card and read it to him. I said we did not communicate with his contractor very well, as his contractor was not present at the inspections and we do not have the time to call everyone with the results of our inspections. 1 added that the plan and permit where not posted nor was there a common spot to leave messages for the contractor. He said the slope was at 24%. I explained that his site had too many strikes against it for us to do the design and the engineering option would give him the best shot at a system that would work for years to come. Lots of Blah Blah but i think he understood our side of it. Mr. Hogan said it was hard to build the home from several thousand miles away. I said to call with any questions that he has relating to the whole project. I seam to remember Collins Construction and a similar situation. Does the contractor ring a bell with you? 5/21/2003 1.
