The permit should be ready for you to pick up on October 11, 2002. 1 was not able to utilize the site drawing, by Mike Gamba, to determine compliance with county zoning regulations concerning the number of dwellings per parcel or setbacks from property line. Mr. Gamba wrote a number of disclaimers on the drawings which include, that it is not an improvement location certificate, land survey plat or improvement survey plat and that it should not be relied upon for the establishment of fence, building, or other future improvement lines. Those disclaimers make the document unusable for my purposes. 1 am required to determine that there is not more than one dwelling on a parcel of land, except in the case of a Special Use Permit being issued for an accessory dwelling, and that the buildings on the parcel are in compliance with our setback regulations. As submitted, the drawing indicates that there are seven dwellings on one parcel. As a condition of final approval and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy on the new modular home 1 am requiring that a site improvement survey be submitted that actually shows the separate parcels that are included within the Government Lot 2, 5 and 6 areas that you own, Thank you for your cooperation.
