The business is P & K Auto Body• They repair vehicles, especially body work. The size of the addition will be 3T wide to match the existing building and will extend out 24 feet. The addition will have a vaulted roof and the floor will be 4"slab on grade. There will be one bathroom including toilet and sink only. There will be no additional load to the septic system as there will be no increase to employees. This bathroom is only so the ladies can have a nice bathroom rather than the old one in the shop area of the existing building. The heat will come from the existing furnace which is capable of the additional square foot area of the addition. Duct work will come from the old building and thru the common wall to the addition.
