At this time the application does not include all required information per Garfield County Regulations. The application is therefore deemed technically incomplete and this Department will not process the submission any further until the following information listed below has been provided to the satisfaction of this office. Please address the following items and submit modified information to this office so that we may continue in the review of the application: A. §4:50 Preliminary Plan Map (Subdivision Regulations of 1984) — although technical in nature the Preliminary Plan Map does not include a land use breakdown table as identified in §4:50 (J) (1-8) [Garfield County Subdivision Regulation of 1984, §4:50 (J) (1-8)] J. Land use breakdown showing: 1. Existing ZO11111,2 and proposed Zoning change. if applicable: '. Total development area: 3. Total number of lots proposed: 4. Total number of dwelling units proposed: 5. Total area of non-residential floor space: 6. Total number of individual dwelling units proposed for each structure: Total number of proposed off-street parking spaces: 8. Total gross density proposed. lilmlber of dwelling units as a ratio to the total development area.
