Please understand that a determination of technical completeness by this office shall not be deemed a recommendation of approval, finding of adequacy of the application, or a finding of general compliance with any goal or objective of the Garfield County Zoning or Subdivision Regulations or the Comprehensive PIan of 2000. The application will be reviewed by Staff, a staff report will be generated and sent to you, and the Board of County Commissioners will discuss and review the application at a public meeting which has been scheduled for January 21st, 2008 at 1:15 PM. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room n the Garfield County Plaza Building, 1OO8th St., Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. [Note: Please submit six (6) copies of the completed application including three sets with full size, redlined paper plats to this office no later than December 19th, 2007.
