Colorado, held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room, Garfield County Administration Building

A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE EXTENSION OF TIME TO MEET
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND FILE THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE CLIFFORD
CERISE UPPER RANCH MINOR SUBDIVISION ON A 66.12 ACRE PROPERTY
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 41 MILES NORTHEAST OF THE TOWN OF
CARBONDALE OFF OF COUNTY ROADS 103 AND 105 ON PROPERTY OWNED BY
THE CLIFFORD CERISE RANCH COMPANY LLLP IN SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 7
SOUTH, RANGE 88 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., GARFIELD COUNTY
PARCEL NO# 2393-241-00-261
Recitals
A. The Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, (Board) received
a request for a 90 day extension of time to meet conditions of approval and submit the Final Plat
for recording for the Clifford Cerise Upper Ranch Minor Subdivision (MIS A-8047).
B. The Clifford Ccrise Upper Ranch Minor Subdivision is located on a 66.12 acre property
owned by the Clifford Cerise Ranch Company LLLP and more particularly described as Tract B
on the Cerise Subdivision Exemption Plat recorded at Reception No. 359462 in the records of the
Garfield County Clerk and Recorder (Property).

C. The Minor Subdivision was approved by Resolution No. 2015-19 and is located within
unincorporated Garfield County in the Rural zone district, and approximately 41 miles northeast
of the Town of Carbondale, off of County Roads 103 and 105.
D. The Applicant submitted their extension request in accordance with the requirements
of the Land Use and Development Code Section 4-1011.
E. In accordance with the Land Use and Development Code as amended, the Board of
County Commissioners is authorized to grant extensions of time to complete conditions of
approval and file plats for recording for Minor Subdivisions.
F. At a public meeting held on July 27, 2015 the Board considered the question of whether
to grant an extension to satisfy conditions of approval, at which meeting the public and interested
persons were given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the issuance of said
extension.
RESOLUTION
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that:
A. The forgoing Recitals are incorporated by this reference as part of the resolution.
B. The approval for the Clifford Cerise Upper Ranch Minor Subdivision on property owned
by the Clifford Cerise Ranch Company LLLP is hereby extended for 90 days to October
18, 2015.
C. All conditions of approval contained in Resolution No. 2015-19 shall remain in effect.
D. The requested extension is in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Garfield County.
