We completely understand the reasons behind the expiration of permits, and are writing this letter as a request for an extension- During the past few months, we have undergone quite a few unpredictable, uncontrollable situations. The final completion of construction has been contingent on the sale of a home, as most of the preliminary work has been properly inspected. This sale had several secure contracts that fell through, at no fault of our own. These circumstances were futlser compounded mid November, as 1 lost my father_ At this time, we are anxiously awaiting receipt of the modular, and expect delivery during the next week.
