TAKE NOTICE that the EnCana Hunter Mesa to
Pumba Pipeline Development Plan has been called
up fora public hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners, Garfield County, State of
Cdorado, to review the Director's Determination of
said pipeline development plan In connection with
the following described property situated in the
County of Garfield, Staled Colorado, to -wit:
Legal Description: Portions of those parcels
described and recorded in the Clerk and Recorder
Office of Garfield County. Colorado. specifically in
Pipeline Right -of -Way Grant, Reception No.
793958:Right-of-Way Easement No. 791401; and
the Right -of -Way Grant/Temporary Use Permits
COC74637 and COC74637-01 on file with the
Bureau of Land Management, Colorado River
Valley Field Office.
Practical Description: Portions of Sections 2, 3,
10 and 12 of Township 7 South, Range 93 West
and Section 35 of Township 6 South, Range 93
West, Garfield County, Cdorado, approximately 4
miles south of the City of Rifle and crossing
County Road 319.
Request: The Board of County Commissioners
requestsa review of a Director Decision related to
the proposed EnCana Hunter Mesa to Pumba
Pipeline Development Plan. This is an allowed use
In the Rural Zoning District with Administrative
Review.
All persons affected by the Request for Review are
invited to appear and state their views. protests or
support. If you can not appear personally at such
hearing. then you are urged to state your views by
letter. as the Board of County Can missioners 0111
give consideration to the comments of surrounding
property owners. and others affected, In deciding
whether to gram or deny the request to the Land
Use Change Permit. The application may be
reviewed at the office of the Planning Department
located at 108 8th Street, Suite 401, Garfield
County Plaza Building. Glenwood Springs.
Cdorado between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00
p.m., Monday through Friday.
A public hearing on the application has been
scheduled for the 14th day of February, 2011 at
1:15 PM, in the County Commissioners Meeting
Room. Garfield County Plaza Building, 108 8th
Street. Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
