1) SEE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.
2) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE RURAL (R) ZONING REGULATIONS ADDITIONAL
DWELLING UNIT REQUIRES A LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT.
3) CONSTRUCTION APPROVED PER IRC, R404.11, ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS, DESIGN AND
METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
2009 RESIDENTIAL AND ENERGY CODES, SPECIFICALLY FLOOR, WALL, ROOF/CEILING
ASSEMBLIES, AND THERMAL ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS.
4) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1500 PSF.
5) ENGINEER SHALL BE ON SITE DURING PIER, PILE, OR CAISSON INSTALLATION. PROVIDE
APPROVAL REPORT AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION.
6) ALL STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS AND ALTERATIONS REQUIRE ENGINEER SEALED
APPROVAL REPORT/DETAIL AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
APPROVAL REPORT REQUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION
8) BASEMENT REQUIRES EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING PER IRC, R310.
PROVIDE LIGHT AND VENTILATION PER IRC, R303.
