HomeMy WebLinkAbout1.04 Purpose StatementPurpose Statement: I I Lots 17 and 18 in the Western Hills Subdivision, Garfield County, Colorado are requesting that the adjoining property line be moved by 10 feet at the back of the adjoining properties and moving up to 16.38 feet at the top of the adjoining properties to include 2099 square feet to be transferred between the two lots. When these lots were surveyed in 1958, the survey was off and the property line pins were installed on the wrong coordinates. A chain link fence was installed shortly after both property owners purchased their properties.
