HomeMy WebLinkAbout2.0 Staff ReportGarfield County Building & Planning Memo To: Board of County Commissioners From: Mark Bean Date: 12/13/01 Re: Amended Plat, Lots 3 & 13, Hawk Ridge Subdivision Martha Telfer and Phillip Rosenberg have requested the approval of an adjustment of a common lot line between their properties, that requires an amended plat. The proposed adjustment of the lot lines will eliminate an encroachment of a riding ring on Lot 3, on the Lot 13 lot line. This issue has been presented to the Homeowners Association and a letter of approval was received by the applicants. Section 6:10 of the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, allows for the amendment of a Final Plat for a subdivision without a public meeting, if the adjustment is just a common line between two Tots. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the amended plat for Lots 3 and 13, Hawk Ridge Subdivision and authorize the Chairman to sign the plat after the applicant's present the appropriate signed mylar to the County Planning Department. 1
