Amended Plat for Lots 3 and 13
Dear Mark:
We submit the attached Amended Plat Application in order to adjust the lot lines of Lot 3 and Lot
13. The application is being made on behalf of the owners of Lot 3 (James S. Telfer Marital Trust and
the James S. Telfer Family Trust) with the consent of the owner of Lot 3 (Philip A. Rosenberg) in order
to eliminate an existing encroachment on Lot 13 of a horse riding ring serving Lot 3 and owned by the
Trust.
The owner's consent is indicated by the signatures affixed to the proposed amended plat, also
attached. In addition to the signed plat, I also enclose six copies.
In accordance with Section 6.00 of the Subdivision Regulations, the requested amendment will
not increase the number of subdivision lots or dwelling units, result in the relocation of any road, or add
new roads.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this request and ask that it be placed on the
Commissioners' agenda for December 17.

Supplementation of December 5, 2001 Amended Plat Application
Dear Mark:
As a supplement to the Amended Plat Application requesting approval of an adjustment of the
lot lines of Lot 3 and Lot 13, Hawk Ridge Subdivision, I submit the enclosed approval of the Hawk Ridge
Homeowners Association, signed by the Association's President, John Caroline.

Dear Mildred:
As you know, on December 17, 2001 the Commissioners authorized Chairman Martin to sign
the above -referenced Plat and to deliver the Plat to you subject, however, to the express condition that
the Plat be recorded contemporaneously with, but not prior to the release of:
(i)
That Deed of Trust dated February 4, 1994 recorded February
10, 1994 in Book 892 at Page 443, which Deed of Trust was
assigned pursuant to an Assignment dated November 28, 1994
in Book 923 at Page 701; and
(ii) That Deed of Trust dated June 5, 1995 recorded July 24, 1995 in
Book 947 at Page 555.
