The application is being made on behalf of the owners of Lot 3 (James S. Telfer Marital Trust and the James S. Telfer Family Trust) with the consent of the owner of Lot 3 (Philip A. Rosenberg) in order to eliminate an existing encroachment on Lot 13 of a horse riding ring serving Lot 3 and owned by the Trust. The owner's consent is indicated by the signatures affixed to the proposed amended plat, also attached. In addition to the signed plat, I also enclose six copies. In accordance with Section 6.00 of the Subdivision Regulations, the requested amendment will not increase the number of subdivision lots or dwelling units, result in the relocation of any road, or add new roads.
