ATTri5l": Cha'irman LonlmissroneD RESOLUTION '77- , WHEREAS, Robert Chancellor and Rifle l-and Associates Ltd. have made application to the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, for a Ptanned Unit Developrnent amendment to the Zoning Resotution of Garfietd County, Colorado, said proposed Planned Unit Development being known as The Garfield County Airport lndustrial Park Complex all as more particularly described in said application; and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Planning Commission of Garfield County, Colorado, as provided in Section 8.04 of said Zoning Resolution and further that said Planning Commission has certified to the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, its recommendation that the said application-be approved subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, has duly and regularly held a public hearing on said application in conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado and the provisions of said Zoning Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Cotorado, is now futty advised in the premises in regard to said application, and finds that such Planned Unit Development amendment is in conformity with the Generat Plan for Garfield County and the Zoning Resotution of Garfield County, Colorado.
