Mackley, Chairman RE: Amended Plat of Lots 5 and 6 of Mineota Ridge Estates Filing No. 1, Garfield County, Colorado Dear Commissioners: Submitted herewith is proposed "Amended Plat of Lots 5 & 6 of Mineota Ridge Estates, Filing No. 1, Garfield County, Colorado", together with copies of quit claim deeds from the Steeles and Saville, owners of Lots 5 & 6, respectively, to Valley Farms, Inc. conveying the parcels described therein as being formerly parts of Lots 5 & 6. At Valley Farms' request, the Steeles and Saville executed the deeds because Valley Farms overhead irrigation system was encroaching on Lots 5 & 6. I hope all is in order.
