Hi Bill,
I just completed a plan review for a single family structure located at TBD Midland Point Rd, Midland Point Sub, Lot tt M1
for owner Scott Billeisen. The total structure fire area calculates to 8,475 sq. ft. which exceeds the 6200 sq. ft. allowable
fire area. The main structure calculates to 6,318 sq ft and the garage structure (attached by a covered deck) calculates to
2,158 sq. ft. I will inform Scott to provide you with a copy of plans for review. Please advise us of your determination
whether a fire sprinkler system or other option is required.

I'm okay with the covered porch being combustible if there is noncombustible material on the garage wall
below the porch roof.

As 1 recall, there was a residence at Cerise Ranch we're they separated the house and the garage with a non-
combustible breezeway and we're able to be the fire area below 6,200.
