The total structure fire area calculates to 8,475 sq. ft. which exceeds the 6200 sq. ft. allowable fire area. The main structure calculates to 6,318 sq ft and the garage structure (attached by a covered deck) calculates to 2,158 sq. ft. I will inform Scott to provide you with a copy of plans for review. Please advise us of your determination whether a fire sprinkler system or other option is required. Thanks for your time in this concern.
