Dear Eric,
As you are aware, the Board of County Commissioners approved your request to amend Lots 3 and 5
of the Goose Creek Subdivision on Septemb er 2,2003 so that the slight language issue on the plat
could be remedied. ln addition, the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners also signed the
plat at the same meeting. As you know this is simply a slight revision to the approval from August 6,
2003.

Dear Eric,
As you are aware, the Board of County Commissioners approved your request to amend Lots 3 and 5
of the Goose Creek Subdivision on August 4,2003. Further, the Subdivision Regulations require that
within 90 days of approval, the Amended Final Plat shall be reviewed (papSffqpD, then signed and
dated (mylar copy) by the County Surveyor, then signed and dated by the Chairman ofthe Board and
recorded in the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Garfield County. The Amended Final Plat shall meet
the minimum CRS standards for land survey plats, as required by Colorado state law, and approved
by the County Surveyor and shall include, at a minimum, the information outlined in Sectionl:22 of
the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations.
I have scheduled your plat to be signed by the Chairman of the Board on their regular August I 1,
2003 meeting. It will be placed on the "consent" portion of the agenda. Feel free to contract this
