There shall be a ten (10) foot public utility and drainage ease- ment adjacent to and along the entire length of Redwing Lane, Deer Path, Orchard Lane, and County Road 103. Easements for the irrigation ditches shall be of even width on each side of the ditch, as built and in place as shown on this plat.
