There are no covenants of record or in place on either parcel. 7. A copy of the Quit Claim Deed is attached. A note has been added to the plat indicating that no changes were made to the boundary of Parcel 2 of the Robinson Exemption. The plat indicates the area of Quit Claim by Phillips to Parcel 2 (Powers). 8.
