5. I am requesting a waiver from providing an Improvements Agreement as none of the
improvements on either parcel will be affected by the amended plat.
6. There are no covenants of record or in place on either parcel.
7. A copy of the Quit Claim Deed is attached.
A note has been added to the plat indicating that no changes were made to the
boundary of Parcel 2 of the Robinson Exemption.
The plat indicates the area of Quit Claim by Phillips to Parcel 2 (Powers).
8. No changes to drainage, access, utility services or other applicable provisions of the
Article 7 Standards are proposed.
