To Whom It May Concern:
The Roaring Fork Preserve, LLC Home Owner's Association (RFP HOA) has approved
Karla Miller's proposed building envelope revision for Lot 7. This revision is shown on
the Plat Amendment, drawing sheet two. The survey work was done by Lines in Space
and is dated 01/05/2016, Job # 06-31.
The RFP HOA feels that, while the envelope remains the same size, the new
configuration is better for two reasons:
1. The new barn to be built in the approximate location, as proposed, is on higher
ground with better proximity to the existing dwelling.
2. The current driveway used to access the existing dwelling can serve to access the
barn without any further need to create a new point of access o if of Ponderosa
Pines Way.
In addition, the RFP HOA believes the new building envelope for Lot 7 is an
appropriate request and would not be a detriment to any other lot.
