DIRECTOR DETERMINATION
Amended Final Plat — Panorama Ranches 1st Amendment, Homesteads 16 & 17
Garfield County File Number FPAA6209
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brown,
This letter is provided to you as the owner/applicants of Panorama Ranches
Homesteads 16 & 17. A request for an Administrative Review for an Amended
Final Plat has been completed and a Director Determination is hereby issued
regarding the request to amend the common lot line between 16 & 17. The
Director Determination is to approve the amendment subject to the following
conditions:
1. The amended plat must comply with staff comments sent to Lines in
Space Surveying;
2. The corrected mylar, with applicable signatures and recording fees, must
be submitted within 30 days of this determination.
County staff will complete the notice requirement to the Board of County
Commissioners and adjacent property owners. This requirement provides notice
regarding the decision and allows a 14 -day "call-up period" should any of those
entities desire a public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners.
Adjacent property owners may request reconsideration of this
determination within 10 days. The Board of County Commissioners may
call-up the application for review within 14 calendar days (July 31, 2009).
The timeframe commences from the date of determination. The Amended
Final Plat mylar will be scheduled on the BOCC consent agenda for
signature and recording if no request for further consideration is received
and once the conditions of approval have been met.
