Dear Mark:
The City has no objections to Mr. Osborne accessing his northerly lotvia the right-of-way of Hagar Lane, through the Lohman-osentowskisubdivision. The Hagar Lane roadway i-tse1f currently ends in acul-de-sac approximately 180 feet northerly of Mr. Osborners northerly

roadway, to City specifications, to his property.
Concerning the sewerl-ine easement, apparently a permanent easement wasnot executed following construction of the line i-n the temporaryconstruction easement. The ctty had the line surveyed and wrote the
permanent easement accordingly.
