This letter is in regard to modifications to lot tines within the l{idland
Grade Subdivision that have been brought to your attention by the Garfield
County Planning Department.
Baged on information provided by the Garfield County Assessor's office,
research by the Garfield County Planning Department and information
provided by you to the Planning Department. it ig the County's position
that the deecriptions of Lote LL & 12 within the Midland Grade Subdivision
have been modified. Thig modification represents a change to the
Subdivision Plat which is recorded in the Garfield County Clerk &
Recorder's office, cAB *1, Page 20A, Reception *259723.
Section 6.L0 of the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations outlines
criteria and procedures required for the arnendment of a recorded
Subdivision Plat. The process is normally completed within 30 days and
involves review by the Board of County Commisgioners and County Surveyor
of an amended plat submitted by the applicant.
Please contact the Planning Department to set up a time when we can meet
to further discuss the applicability of the County's Amended Plat
provieione to your client's lot line modificationg.
