I represent James H. Slappey, owner in fee of l,ot 26,Mcl*ann Orchard Lands subdivision.
My client's property is bordered on the West by ht ?5,McI*,arn Orchard Lands, which is
owned by Kathryn S. Snyder. My client and Mrs. Snyder have agreed to amend their
respective lots in order to conform their common boundary line more closely to historical
use, and to utilize an existing irrigation ditch as the new boundary line between the two lots.
To accomplish this purpose, we submit to you herewith duplicate Mylar plats, as well as an
additional copy, of "Amended Final Plat of L,ots 25A and 26A, Mclrarn Orchard Lands
Subdivision," which have been executed by Ms. Snyder and Mr. Slappey. Also enclosed is
our check for $100.00 for the review fees. If there is an additional cost to record the plat,
please notiff us and we will immediately fonrard a check to you.
Mr. Slappey is attempting to complete the annexation of Amended l,ot 26A to the City of
Rifle, and we would appreciate prompt review and approval of this amended plat.
