As Manager of Trend Investments, LLC.1 hereby authorize Ross Montessori
School, by and through its representatives, to file and process an application to amend tho
Aspen Equestrian Estates PUD (aka Presltana Fnnn PUD) in order to remove the
Equestrian Lot from the PUD, amend the PUD Zoite District Descriptions to eliminate
the Open Space District and Equestrian Center District, and to re -zone the Equestrian Lot
to Rural.

[)ear Ms. Eastley:
As president of the Ross Montessori School, 1 hereby authorize TG Malloy Consulting, LLC to represent us
in matters related to the Preshana Farm PUD Amendment and Rezoning application. This includes the
preparation and submission of documents associated with the land use application and representation ofthis
application before the applicable Garfield County appointed and elected boards. The application requests
approval to amend the Preshana Farm PUD to remove the Equestrian Lot from the PUD, to amend the PUD
zone district descriptions to eliminate the Equestrian District, and to rezone the Equestrian Lot to Rural (R).
