RE: CRE Job 1006 - New Creation Church Preschool - Wastewater System

Dear Pastor:
Colorado River Engineering, Inc. (CRE) has completed field investigations to
examine the construction of the On-site Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS)
for the preschool building. This letter shall serve as our approval that that the
construction has occurred in substantial conformance with the design guidelines
and details as shown in our design drawings and in accordance with county and
state regulations. We will prepare an as -built sketch to show the location of the as -
constructed facilities and forward it to the County for purposes of completing the
permit documentation process.
