"'OPEN HOLE"' The exposed materials at the base of the excavation for the Preschool building were observed. Al an elevation of approximately 3.5' below footing bearing, the exposed materials were comprised of sandy. silty clays and sands that were generally consistent with the anticipated conditions as outlined in the project geotechnical report R136017 prepared by GROUND Engineering Consultants, Inc dated August 23, 2013 and subsequent letter L136017 dated September 30, 2013.
