Dear Mrs. Gonzalez,
In accordance with Garfield County and State of Colorado regulations, Huddleston -Berry
Engineering & Testing, LLC (HBET) conducted inspection of the installed Onsite Wastewater
Treatment System (OWTS) at 350 Cedar Hills Road in Silt, Colorado. As indicated in the
referenced report, HBET completed engineering design of the system.
Based upon our inspection, HBET certifies that the OWTS was constructed in accordance with
the design. It is important to note that HBET observed that Infiltrator ARC 36 chambers were
used in lieu of the Quick 4 Standard chambers outlined in the design drawings. However, the
infiltrative surface area was consistent with the design. Please contact us if you have any
questions or comments regarding the contents of this letter.
