There are only two items that I have indicated need attention, these are toted on page 3 of the Architects January 8th letter. The first is a minor notation regarding the exit haiduxtre for the double doors at door #23 requiring both doors to suing freely. The other is a notation that Stair #5 is a part of an accessible exit and is required to comply with UBC Section 1104.1.2. These are both items that can be addressed during construction. Also note that there will be some Special Inspections required for this project. I recommend that the permit be issued. Give me a call if you have questions. Detail 3 on sheet A-4 indicates this wall in the basement to be a'2 -HR' separation wall. Therefore, these two doors were switched to meet the intent of the code and Doer #06 is the B -Label, 90 - minute door. I approved this change as the architect.
