At such time, if and when the Applicant would like to re -apply to the County for Preliminary Plan approval, a new public hearing will be required which also includes all required noticing to the neighborhood. You will find under cover of this memorandum a letter requesting a cancellation of the public hearing which is a continuation from the last hearing on the application. Additionally, note the Applicant has provided written notice to the neighbors within 200 feet that the meeting has been cancelled.
