REQUEST
At this time, the Applicant proposes to withdraw the present Preliminary Plan application. At such
time, if and when the Applicant would like to re -apply to the County for Preliminary Plan approval,
a new public hearing will be required which also includes all required noticing to the neighborhood.
You will find under cover of this memorandum a letter requesting a cancellation of the public
hearing which is a continuation from the last hearing on the application. Additionally, note the
Applicant has provided written notice to the neighbors within 200 feet that the meeting has been
cancelled. A copy of the letter sent to the neighbors is also enclosed.

It is the intention of the new owner's (Specialty Restaurants Corporation) to put your proposed project on
hold at this time, we may at a later date visit Garfield County to continue what you have already done.
For now we need to think about what direction we would like to proceed.
