Mr. Gamba:
As-built drawings stamped by a P.E. certiffing that improvements have been constructed in accordance with the
Subdivision lmprovements Agreement (SlA), including all Final Plat Documents is a condition of release (security)
identified in the SlA. The final plat application included plans marked "Approved for Construction" which were
reviewed and approved by GarCo consulting engineer. I spoke with Fred and it has been determined that an as-
built for the road will supplement the approved construction plans"
Let me know if you have any additional questions regardqng the Plat and SIA amendments also required. I
recommend that you schedule an on-site with Jake Mal(foiib Road and Bridge next week once he returns. I
would like to be fresent during the on-site, so we can attlit on the same pa!e. My schedule is open allweek
except Tuesday morning.

Silt Heights Road Construction Issue

Via phone notified Shari Neuroth (Teni Patrick's daughter and primary contact) that the
road was not constructed as approved. Andy and I both had numerous conversations with
contractor regarding construction requirements. He received the same story from both of
us "it must be constructed as approved". Shari has been notified that the following
actions are required:
1. Plat Amendment (including the change in dedication language);
2. SIA must be amended;
3. Engineer design;
4. Must meet with road and bridge regarding the change in approved access;
